Windows 7 HP upgrade problem

I just upgraded my HP from Windows Vista to Windows 7. Overall it was a positive experience, but there was one problem.

After the compatibility test it listed several programs that needed to be uninstalled before continouing (including iTunes), but there was now way I could stop the upgrade to uninstall. I tried to terminate the install-process and reboot, but then it just continued to upgrade.

Everything seems to be ok, but it will be interesting to see how this goes. iTunes seems to work fine event though I did not uninstall before upgrade...
